Great training to dismiss difficult or sneaky questions

The course was so interactive and engaging, with lots of practical activity. Hugely experienced tutors which I felt lucky to spend the day with. I have taken away some incredibly useful information, but most importantly, I have confidence.

The course content was relevant and the tutors were brilliant at communicating the content, whilst being encouraging and non-judgemental and providing valuable feedback. I thought the amount of practical sessions we had was great because it did away with any nerves around speaking and being recorded.
