A really excellent course that was right up to date, thought provoking and full of really useful advice that can be put into practice. Susan was extremely knowledgeable and used her great weaIth of experience really effectively, but still managed to put me at ease and build my confidence. I found her insights were very finely honed and her attention to detail and the small things that could trip an interview up was just what I was looking for.
