A really useful course on the foundations of interacting with the media
Good course as a stepping stone for new starters and giving exposure to aspects of communication is of help. The low rating for meeting my objectives is due to my personal expectations and not the course content. I want my hand to be held and live communication or posts to be done during the course. An option to provide support 6 months to a year after the course would be beneficial.
