A long day that didn’t feel long! Our moderators were brilliant at demystifying but also clear in explaining the challenges of handling different media interactions. For a total newbie, this advice was clear, sound and practical.
It was rigorous and helped surface insights about the challenges we may face on the topic. There is more still to do but it was an important opportunity and the trainers really knew their stuff.
