Amazing training. I would like to say that this session should have been taken on and treated as mandatory training session for anyone who sees and support patient and families. Great opportunity to bridge difficult questions and to stay focused on an issue.

Really good, professional and safe space to practice.

Extremely helpful for practicing in a setting that feels very close to the reality of some of the scenarios you would face into. Trainers made us feel comfortable and provided constructive feedback throughout. I now have much greater tools in my back pocket to help me navigate this environment going forward.
