I thought the instructor, Peter, was good. Explained things clearly, made the modeling seem extremely straight forward.
Very good teacher, very interested and interesting, making us totally involved in the training. Content of the course not advanced but intermediate, not enough complex for senior m&a analysts
The course is interesting and the instructor explains everything quite good. However, sometimes it feels to fast paced, especially for the last two sections M&A and LBO.
Matt did a good job in walking us through all of the different considerations when it comes to modelling, technical knowledge, and real-world application to our own business, which made it easier to follow along and grasp concepts.
Very well done and methodical. Would provide more opportunities and guidance about starting a model from scratch. Having a model and revenue build up with all the line items, barring the CF statement, is not helping students for case interviews where they will need to have a strong ability to know what items will be needed as they build the model, not just being able to fill out a template. Additionally, some more guidance on the Mondelez bonus would be helpful. There was no mention of how to make use of a PIB in the previous videos.
Great course presented by Karishma and Yoni and professionally done. They were both very good about making sure that everyone could keep up with them virtually. The only thing for improvement is perhaps to focus less time on speed/efficiency/shortcuts in the models as I had hoped to focus more on discounted cash flows and other more technical materials. Karishma & Yoni both did a great job ensuring that the materials were broken down easy consumption as well.
Very detailed course, but the instructor made it easy to understand.
Teacher was super good and extremely available when we had questions or doubts or even if something in our excels wasn't working. Materials also were super helpful, having those many excels with which we practiced really helped understanding the subject.
