Very good teacher, very interested and interesting, making us totally involved in the training. Content of the course not advanced but intermediate, not enough complex for senior m&a analysts

A fantastic course: great content, the right level of complexity, good pace, etc. Very well brought! I mostly appreciated the additional context given to various problems, i.e., the contextualization of the numbers.

The course is interesting and the instructor explains everything quite good. However, sometimes it feels to fast paced, especially for the last two sections M&A and LBO.

Need more spread out sessions (e.g. every week, or every 2 weeks). Doing 3 courses and then another 2 after 2 months doesn't help. Also, not everything shouldn't be crammed in 6 hours, and there should be homework.

Great class! Matt is very patient with us (we are a quiet lot, aren't we, Matt?). I have been looking forward to this class and it doesn't disappoint. Thank you very much.

Matt did a good job in walking us through all of the different considerations when it comes to modelling, technical knowledge, and real-world application to our own business, which made it easier to follow along and grasp concepts.

Very well done and methodical. Would provide more opportunities and guidance about starting a model from scratch. Having a model and revenue build up with all the line items, barring the CF statement, is not helping students for case interviews where they will need to have a strong ability to know what items will be needed as they build the model, not just being able to fill out a template. Additionally, some more guidance on the Mondelez bonus would be helpful. There was no mention of how to make use of a PIB in the previous videos.
