Great instructor who had very practical examples to support content

This was really helpful in terms of understanding the drivers for modeling, DCF, etc. The practical work as well helped drive home the key learning points. I've come out more knowledgeable with this course and look forward to applying it in work.

I enjoyed this class. Though accounting and finance topics can sometimes be monotonous, Wayne was great at keeping me engaged on the content throughout the entirety of the class.
