Great lessons! 1. The instructor was very engaging and energetic! he was able to keep the energy constant throughout the lessons. 2. The communications were very clear and can be explained in different difficulty level (from simple to complex) 3. The overall content was very insightful with practical tips and best practices. I really commend Johnny's ability to explain complex topics to us new hires!
Johnny has great energy and sense of humour. He includes a lot of personal experiences and advice that is relatable and useful for consulting life (e.g. how to impress clients, how to increase effectiveness and efficiency). He is also very patient in answering queries and goes above and beyond to make sure that ALL queries are covered comprehensively.
Rob made everything interesting and his fun personality made the classes interesting and kept me focused for the full 3 days
