Was great for a refresher on account ing knowledge
The class is great for those who know the basics of excel but need some more assistance with shortcuts, formulas, pivot tables, and other analytical mechanisms. Van is very patient and will work with you 1 on 1 if you need additional assistance.
The content is great. It's a bit fast for me, and I was slight behind for around 10% of the entire session. Appreciate that it's recorded and excel samples are well documented.
Daniel was excellent. He had a great attitude, kept things fun, and was very knowledgeable. One area of improvement is that he teaches very quickly, although he was always patient with answering questions and the course contains a lot of materials.
In some areas of training I think that the pace was good but in others I think it went a little too fast, especially for those who are beginners. I would recommend giving more samples for the class to try and do on their own like what we did on the last example of the class.
Using more repetition of examples and pausing more often between new info. shared.
It was very helpful information and the instructor is fantastic. You can tell he knows the system well but I felt overwhelmed with so much going on on the screen and all of it happening so quickly.
Really enjoyed the class. The instructor made sure I was following the material and focusing in on what I would need to be successful in my job. The class moves very fast, but there is an online portal that has all the lessons available to reference at any time for a year. The DC location was amazing. It was in a really great location and easy to find. The classroom set up was very nice and the facility manager made sure we were taken care of.
