The course was highly beneficial as it enhanced our understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AMLA) and Terrorism Financing through both theoretical concepts and practical real-life scenarios.
It is very insightful and interactive. I like how Serona shared her experience as Relationship Manager and her personal experience at Africa to open a bank account, they are such an eye-opener on how frontliners function and what situations they may encounter during onboarding process.
