Good experience. Would like to do more certification

The course met my needs. The tutors were all clearly expert in their respective fields and were able to articulate their material well. However, I had expected much more interaction amongst the cohort. The masterclasses were very centered on the teacher where I would have hoped the structure would be more towards a facilitated conversation. The teacher-led mode does not seem right at this level where all attendees should be able to bring a significant contribution to the table. In line with this, an in-person meeting in the course would have been very helpful for the cohort to bond and form a team. Finally, I would have much preferred the final examination to have been in person.

Add more languages options. Spanish, please!

I feel confident in taking a more active and responsible role related to sanctions compliance within my organisation, after this course. I would like to remain active member of ICA and explore more course materials in the future.

Overall I enjoyed the course as it did give me more of an insight into the role I am undertaking and also provided me with more knowledge about how the whole process works. I do feel that the course will give me more confidence to undertake the role and meet the challenges that it brings.
