This was a great introduction to the qualification. Though there was a lot of information to cover, Roz provided clarity on the course set up and process and was really engaging. Katie provided a really useful demonstration of the ICA hub and where to find the course information and all associated reading.
Interactive case study design was helpful in allowing course members to put into practice what we have been reading from the academic texts/chapters. Appreciate the group discussions.

Very well organised and reply times are really good. I had issues with two sessions, so it would have been great if it were possible to get in touch with someone immediately, rather than via email. However, our tutor was happy to assist and explain additional things missed during the two sessions.
