Got nothing really from the immersive experience. Not convinced that breakout rooms achieve anything. People leave the camera off and the work and talking was left constantly to the same people. As one of these people it became unenjoyable. I have problems with the upload of my first assignment and when i realised that my draft had been uploaded and not the final paper i was devastated. I reached out to customer support who were not supportive and the last message i had with them was rude - telling me it was my responsibility to ensure the correct document was uploaded. I know this and ths statement was patronising and upsetting. I was trying to explain that i wasn't aware OneDrive connected documents from your document folder and desktop. For this reason i wouldn't recommend the ICA and would look to use a different provider for training of our staff.

VERY long responstimes for grading of assignments. Why does it have to take 8-10 weeks...?

Overall a very good course, I really enjoyed it and it gave me more confidence in my current role.

The course met my needs. The tutors were all clearly expert in their respective fields and were able to articulate their material well. However, I had expected much more interaction amongst the cohort. The masterclasses were very centered on the teacher where I would have hoped the structure would be more towards a facilitated conversation. The teacher-led mode does not seem right at this level where all attendees should be able to bring a significant contribution to the table. In line with this, an in-person meeting in the course would have been very helpful for the cohort to bond and form a team. Finally, I would have much preferred the final examination to have been in person.

Overall I enjoyed the course as it did give me more of an insight into the role I am undertaking and also provided me with more knowledge about how the whole process works. I do feel that the course will give me more confidence to undertake the role and meet the challenges that it brings.

Very good to used it for daily work and sharing with team members.

The materials are useful and framework of the coursework is reasonable and clear. I like the cases being shared in the coursework. I am a compliance officer in a Singaporean bank, and I believe this course has prepared me more knowledge for my future career in the bank, especially within the risk and governance domain.

Very satisfied waiting for my result.
