It was really great day for me. I didn't expect such activity. In the beginning was really difficult to get an idea, but later it was way much easier. Team building with BITE was really helpful and supportive!

This day was literally the best day I have had, personally and professionally it has given me the confidence that I now know that I was lacking in my abilities, as a leader/ Manager and a team player. I always knew that I had the abilities, but this day has made them not only shine through but will keep them shining throughout my career. I am honored that I was able to take part and thoroughly recommend this opportunity to any employer for a team bonding/exercise day. Thank you Team Build with Bite

Where do I start, I’d spoken to many organisations to find something different for my Team Leader ILM Apprentice’. I needed something to bring all their qualifying standards together and support their EPA. No one was able to adapt their program to deliver what I needed, until I met Mark & his team. They listened to what I needed and reviewed their program to deliver on my needs, they didn’t shy away from the massive challenge I gave them, they bought into what I wanted to bring to Milton Keynes College Groups program, they believed in my vision as much as I did. They certainly delivered, encapsulating all 10 main units and all 5 assessment units and not just touched on, but covered in depth. The event itself is an amazing thing to be part of, supporting the new enclosure for the Marmosets and helping Woburn to deliver on their goals, whilst bringing my vision of real world simulation to my Apprenticeship program, was just the tip of the days achievements. If you’re looking for a program to deliver leadership, communication, stakeholder relationships, self awareness, operational management and all that brings a team, truly to work effectively and efficiently, then the full day program is worth the extra investment. We took 20 Apprentice’ on this event and the investment was worth every penny. I have attended many leadership events and none cater for equality, inclusivity and diversity as well as Team Build with Bite did. My only challenge now, is finding reasons to run more than one a year. ‘Hold my beer’ I cannot recommend them more highly, and I look forward to all our future builds. A huge thank you from me.

Amazing team building experience, satisfying completing a project with your hands, nice to get a change of environment

Very impressed with the whole experience. Would happily recommend to others. Mark was very personable and explained everything extremely well. It was lovely to see the final product being enjoyed by the Marmosets.

Original and good fun idea on the usual team building events, giving us a sense of purpose and the fact that we'd done something worthwhile for the animals. Really appreciated being able to see our creations in situ.

Our client had a Team Building with Bite activity as part of their annual corporate celebration. The team during organising were fantastic and on the day delivered an activity which was participated in and really enjoyed by the attendees. Seeing the animals at Port Lympne Reserve using the items added an extra special touch and made it an event more memorable experience. Would definitely use Team Building with Bite again in the future and can highly recommend as a different team building activity.
