Good day. I liked the team and the tasks. I personally would have had 3 people per team and extra workload, but not a huge issue.

great overall, nice environment, lots of space, good assistance from the team. more instruction manuals per person would be helpful so we stop crowding over the same one. and better distinction of tasks that can be done simultaneously, or some flowchart orderResponse : Thank you for your feedback, and we are glad you enjoyed the event! We deliberately avoid giving too much direction on simultaneous tasks (unless vital to completion), as this increases the communication needed within the teams as to how they organise themselves and get to the finished product.

Fantastic day with really friendly, warm & personable facilitators who managed a group of 23 of us with ease and professionalism. Really friendly and amenable throughout the planning process as well as on the day itself. Particularly impressed by the way they facilitated - they were brilliant observers and only intervened when necessary - and with grace and diplomacy so it didn't come across as patronising or demotivating to the team. Really knowledgeable about their area of expertise and able to add genuine value with their insight and experience ref: the animals at the park. When one of our teams charged ahead and finished way ahead of time, they swiftly thought of an additional task to keep them occupied until everyone was finished. Definitely recommend!

Great experience, facilities, rewarding. I didn't feel much team building happened during the activity. Once we delegated who was doing what everyone got on with the build without too much extra problem solving or team brainstorming,

It was a very unexpected type of course, and we enjoyed the challenge. I did have some concerns over H&S, particularly working on small round tables with round pieces of wood. Instructions on using drills and saws were minimal and there was assumption that in each team someone would be able to teach each other. This was not the case in our team and it was more hit and miss. It was a good feeling to complete the task, but the teams needed to be more evenly divided.

As the build time is pretty short I think it would help if all teams had drills especially as we had a few technical issues with the one drill that we were given .
