Team building with BITE Reviews

Hands down the best team day I have ever been part of. The build required actual teamwork, we developed new skills and had to problem solve to achieve our goal. Other than the health and safety briefing at the start of the day there was not a PowerPoint in sight, a truly hands on experience. We had great interactions with the facilitators who were fun as well as incredibly patient giving clear instructions and guidance as needed and ensuring everyone felt that they had contributed. The icing on the cake was seeing our boxes in the enclosure where they will hopefully enrich the lives of the giraffes for years to come. Thank you for a great day.

Great day, fun yet challenging activity, kept everyone busy and able to spend time with our wonderful team members while having a great time. Very rewarding to see the finished product being enjoyed by the giraffes

What a great day. A team building event where everyone got stuck in and helped each other. Doing something practical and worthwhile meant everyone got involved whatever their initial skill level. The icing on the cake was actually seeing the animals use the equipment we'd made.

facilitation was faultless- just enough info to get on with the job, yet instructive and clear pitched at a level that allowed everyone to participate to their own physical ability, and to learn. knowledgeable and able to communicate that knowledge well- an answer for every question, no matter how daft the question, all responded to with care ad courtesy. worked well with the park team to facilitate the group

Great day out. The team and organisers did a marvelous job which we can tell people on future visits that we built that and show the photos to prove it. Only thing I'd say is to buy new Saws , those bruise rather than cut. Many thanks for a fantastic day.
