I had the most fantastic experience with this team, the day was well supplied and supervised and we were able to work together to produce some creative and innovative designs. It was great to have the freedom to compile our own designs based on the brief and the support from the team was really beneficial. To Chris and Mark Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! Our whole team have been looking forward to the event at Yorkshire Wildlife Park for months. From booking to team day you have made the process simple to understand and an utter joy to be a part of. I very much appreciate you staying in touch on the run up to our team day and it certainly gave me confidence everything was organised and on track. I also appreciate whilst you cannot make promises over specific animals you also did your best to accomate our request to work on behalf of a large animal (you didnt disappoint with the polar bears). We really appreciated the attention to detail on the day, safety equipment, safety talk and clear guidance, some of our team were nervous using tool for the first time and this put them at ease. Your guidance, coaching and instruction through out the afternoon was such fun. You gave our team room to work and be a team but kept a close eye on proceedings too! Seeing the polar bears engage with what we built was wonderful! My team have not stopped talking about the event and seeing their hard work enjoyed. Perfect day, perfect choice of event! Team Building with Bite are awesome!

Best Team Building Event I've been on in years! Full of trepidation, but this quickly disappeared, and a great time was had by everyone. The fact we delivered a valuable tangible outcome was also greatly appreciated.

Amazing experience at our first face to face conference post COVID. The team had a fantastic time and felt it was not only great for team building but felt worthwhile. Thanks for all the support and hard work.

This was the best team building day I have ever attended as it combined working as a team with a fun element. It consisted of building enrichment feeders for sealions and was quite challenging during the construction, where working as a team to complete everything on time was essential. Then watching the sealions interact with the feeders and work out how to get the fish out was amazing. Special thanks to Mark and Chris who made it so enjoyable for us. All 14 of us who attended would love to do it again!

Had a fantastic day with Team building with BITE, along with my colleagues and the keepers at Yorkshire Wildlife Park. With little preamble beyond a quick, informal welcome and a quick run-through of what our task was, we got started building feeders for the Sea Lions in groups. The instructions were very clear and accessible and the materials and equipment were all pre-prepared for us, so we could crack on with the fun part. Team work came naturally as we worked together to build the kit and working together meant sharing experience and ideas as we went along. This helped us spot mistakes and think of different ways to approach things before it was too late late. The BITE team were on hand throughout with advice, humour - and replacement kit for the stuff we broke. We finally got to see the results of our efforts when the keepers loaded the feeders with fish and introduced them to the sea lions. Seeing the sea lions become interested in the kit we had just made, investigate and use problem solving to get at their lunch was a fantastic outcome, as is the knowledge that the keepers (and hopefully the sea lions) are keen to re-use them in future. If the opportunity to go on a Team Building with BITE session is available again I would jump at it.

Mark and his colleague were very professional. All aspects of the team building half day was well co ordinated by there team. Health and safety was explained at the beginning of the day and both were on hand to help with any aspects of it. All the materials were set up and were available to build as a team. They were both knowledgeable about why this was needed. It was worth while as we got to build something that would be used in the wild life park other than on the day we built it. We got to see it being put to use as well as have half a day in the park. I would recommend this for any team. It was also a lot of fun.

A great feeling of achievement building the feeders for the Sea Lions, then watching them in use. The trainers were great. The only thing I've marked down is the venue, it was a bit dark in the Tsavo Tent where we built the feeders and it might be useful to provide proper benches instead of tables. But that doesn't impact on the overall day which was great.
