The content of this course was extremely valuable and very well placed for any individual moving in or already in a position of leadership or any position within an organisation to give them the tools and confidence they need to excel. Whilst the content alone is great it is really brought to life and made relatable to your own circumstances by Diane and the energy and experience that she uses to deliver it.

A very thorough and worthwhile program. Took away lots of material which will benefit my personal development.

Diane is an excellent trainer, honestly the best I have ever had. Diane is an incredibly experienced individual and I thoroughly enjoyed hearing her experiences in her past careers. She's engaging, fun and just an all round very nice person to speak to. This training course was very valuable to me and I took away some very valuable skills to put into practice into my own role.

Recently, as a senior member of my team, I have taken on a leadership role alongside my current role. The course has helped me a lot in understanding my personality type and how it affects my leadership style and ability to lead. The course was all about application, and at every session, there would be a 'sharing' session where we shared how we applied what we learned in the course to our daily jobs. My key takeaway is that leadership is for everyone as long as you are willing to learn the essential skills to build trust and relationships. The course was very well structured, and Diane was amazing at facilitating and getting the best out of everyone. Most importantly, I found the course very refreshing, enjoyable, and a great experience.

The leadership training programme has been a positive, fulfilling experience. As a team we have built stronger bonds and have a better understanding of one another. I've learnt some invaluable life skills that I will be using on a daily basis - and not just at work.

Diane delivered the course incredibly. I feel I have learnt so much and felt there was a relatable understanding due to her previous roles. Couldn’t fault it. It was tough at times on personal levels through self reflection but the material was incredible. I can’t fault Diane, she was incredibly supportive, any time of day and knowing I can drop her a text, email or call at any time for advice is amazing.
