The Leadership & Management was course was an excellent programme; well structured, insightful, thought-provoking and delivered with brilliant charisma by Diane. Diane has combined her years of extensive experience to produce a course that is underpinned by true, cross-industry knowledge whilst pulling on practical examples of effective leadership and management. I have learnt so much about what it means to be a great leader from Diane, she is incredibly personable and approachable, and has actively encouraged our cohort to reach out to her even after the programme has finished, should we need advice - something that you don't often see from training providers. I would actively recommend Diane's programmes to any business looking to invest in their people with quality training that really makes a long-lasting impact. It has been a pleasure to learn from Diane and I hope that the opportunity arises to work with her again in the future.

Diane is a fantastic presenter, the sessions are interactive and fun, often taking me out of my comfort zone! As the owner of several small business's the importance of an efficient and dynamic team is crucial to any success. I am often tasked with the challenge of dealing with different characters and personalities within the organisation. At times proving to be extremely time consuming, stressful and stifling to progress. Working with Dianne has enabled me to understand more about how people function and develop my relationships. This has lead to a happier, more motivated and ultimately a more productive workforce. The course was fun, informative and I met some great people. A course which I first thought I would not like or get anything from but I was so wrong , and I find myself fully committed and it brought out new skill which have helped me find my new self Where it was lost before , it’s was by everyone on the course buy in and the way Diane coaches you to challenge yourself self and others is out standing

The content of this course was extremely valuable and very well placed for any individual moving in or already in a position of leadership or any position within an organisation to give them the tools and confidence they need to excel. Whilst the content alone is great it is really brought to life and made relatable to your own circumstances by Diane and the energy and experience that she uses to deliver it.

Diane is an excellent trainer, honestly the best I have ever had. Diane is an incredibly experienced individual and I thoroughly enjoyed hearing her experiences in her past careers. She's engaging, fun and just an all round very nice person to speak to. This training course was very valuable to me and I took away some very valuable skills to put into practice into my own role.
