Recently, as a senior member of my team, I have taken on a leadership role alongside my current role. The course has helped me a lot in understanding my personality type and how it affects my leadership style and ability to lead. The course was all about application, and at every session, there would be a 'sharing' session where we shared how we applied what we learned in the course to our daily jobs. My key takeaway is that leadership is for everyone as long as you are willing to learn the essential skills to build trust and relationships. The course was very well structured, and Diane was amazing at facilitating and getting the best out of everyone. Most importantly, I found the course very refreshing, enjoyable, and a great experience.

The leadership training programme has been a positive, fulfilling experience. As a team we have built stronger bonds and have a better understanding of one another. I've learnt some invaluable life skills that I will be using on a daily basis - and not just at work.

Diane delivered the course incredibly. I feel I have learnt so much and felt there was a relatable understanding due to her previous roles. Couldn’t fault it. It was tough at times on personal levels through self reflection but the material was incredible. I had little experience in leadership and management prior to completing the Leadership Development Programme with Diane, but it has given me all the tools and more I need to develop my skills and succeed, not just in leadership but in all aspects of professional life. Having done three separate degrees I am more than used to being lectured and spoken to, but Diane was exceptional I haven't had training or engagement like this before. Diane has a real skill at explaining thing in numerous ways and methods. I have learnt an enourmous amount about myself and personally and professionally. Diane was fantastic throughout the course. She managed to get people energised without using cringey icebreaker tactics and led the course in a way that made people want to get involved and speak honestly. She let the conversation control the flow of each session while weaving the message in and keeping people on topic. Every session started on time and ended on time and was prescriptive to the people and the organisation. The course content was carefully structured to follow a pyramid of behaviours and the overall message was cohesive without each session seeming formulaic or obvious. Would fully recommend this course to anyone.
