I recently completed the Personal Leadership & Development Course and can honestly say, it is the best course I have ever attended! The training is set at manageable intervals and you start to put everything into practice from day 1. Diane creates such a supportive environment in which to learn and develop. I worry that training courses will be filled with role play and jargon - none of which exist in Diane's courses. I am now so much more equipped to tackle everyday situations that arise, both professionally and personally. I cannot thank Diane enough, she has inspired me so much.

The course has been very beneficial for me and made me think about the way i correspond and tackle issues in the workplace and have put these into action already. The course was delivered in "bite sized chunks" which allowed us to learn, put into practice, then move on to the next module. This was my second Leadership and Management course and this one topped it. Diane was so engaging and made her sessions fun and informative. Diane has a lot of knowledge and experience to share and she gave real life examples from her career which helped us understand the topics better. I also liked how the sessions were broken down into mini topics which allowed us to focus on developing one area at a time and then put what we've learnt in that particular session into practice. I have attended a few leadership and personal development courses over the years and DMM Training and Development/Diane Mason is by far the best. The structure is clear, the course content interesting and provokes thought and self-evaluation. To get the most from the course, it is best to be totally honest about your own areas of weakness which is not easy. However, any improvement and progress only comes from recognising your strengths and weaknesses. I can genuinely recommend this course, which I have never done with past training.
