Diane's Personal Development programme is the best course I've ever been on. I learnt more in those weeks than I ever though imaginable and even a year later I find myself catching myself and thinking about confidence, timekeeping, patience etc. It's definitely something that sticks with you. The course was absolutely fantastic, everyone I speak to I tell them about my development from DMM. people don't believe that I was once a shy and unconfident lad. I found the course has actually changed my life aswell as my career at JTM.

I really enjoyed the couse with Diane, she made it fun and something to look forward to. She also challenged me to take a good look at myself to see where i could improve. The things i learned not only improved the way I go about my business at work but has improved my homelife greatly. Even a year after the course I am still using the priniciples she taught me and although I still have my moments where I say or do something and end up kicking myself, these happen a lot less! Since the course I have had a promotion and gone on to do further courses for other aspects of my job. She still stays in touch and gives me little nudges of encouragement every now and then. I would reccommend one of the programs she runs to anybody, whatever their job or age. Thanks

Diane delivered an excellent course, her method of delivery ensure everyone was fully involved and felt valued. The content of the course was great and fully covered what I needed particularly the delegation session and I regularly refer to the manual for useful advice.
