The course was delivered in a friendly way, and the content was extremely useful. I found it went at a nice pace and didn't feel overwhelming. It was also a great way to bring our team together.

I cannot rate the training that Diane offers just highly enough! The training is designed to take you out of your comfort zone and the involved tasks and weekly presentations certainly do this. Group participation is excellent and really helps every person in the training to come out of their shell, I have witnessed the most sceptical people change in this training and understand just how it can help you professionally and personally.

Fantastic course - been putting the learning to the test!

I really enjoyed the training course I took part in and more importantly it made a measurable difference to the way I manage myself, others and my work. By practicing at work, I was able to test out different techniques learned on the course and then feed this back to the group in a way that facilitated encouragement and challenge. Being relatively new to management when begnning the course I found the training a great way to learn different techniques to become more successful in the workplace.
