Diane delivered an excellent course, her method of delivery ensure everyone was fully involved and felt valued. The content of the course was great and fully covered what I needed particularly the delegation session and I regularly refer to the manual for useful advice. I would recommend Diane without hesitation!

I cannot rate the training that Diane offers just highly enough! The training is designed to take you out of your comfort zone and the involved tasks and weekly presentations certainly do this. Group participation is excellent and really helps every person in the training to come out of their shell, I have witnessed the most sceptical people change in this training and understand just how it can help you professionally and personally.
