Fantastic course. I came away brimming with new found knowledge and confidence. Dianne is one of the most enthusiastic and interesting people I have ever met and even though the course has ended she is only a phone call away for whenever I need either advice or a pep talk!

Diane was amazing! Really supportive the whole way through. I was new to the management role and thought the content was perfect and I grew with confidence throughout the course with my new skillset. Thoroughly recommended!

I really did enjoy the course and feel like I got a lot from it. I think I would of liked more time to explore issues as sometimes felt like we were up against the clock. As I was enjoying the topics being discussed, I would of liked the opportunity to discuss them in even greater depth. Obtained lots of practical advice that was able to bring back and use them in my role as Sales Team Leader.

The course was very well presented and allowed for full delegate participation, would highly recommend it.

Diane's Personal Development programme is the best course I've ever been on. I learnt more in those weeks than I ever though imaginable and even a year later I find myself catching myself and thinking about confidence, timekeeping, patience etc. It's definitely something that sticks with you. I was the first within the company to go on the course, this year there's 3 more! Thank you so much Diane for helping me in my career.

The course was absolutely fantastic, everyone I speak to I tell them about my development from DMM. people don't believe that I was once a shy and unconfident lad. I found the course has actually changed my life aswell as my career at JTM.

I really enjoyed the couse with Diane, she made it fun and something to look forward to. She also challenged me to take a good look at myself to see where i could improve. The things i learned not only improved the way I go about my business at work but has improved my homelife greatly. Even a year after the course I am still using the priniciples she taught me and although I still have my moments where I say or do something and end up kicking myself, these happen a lot less! Since the course I have had a promotion and gone on to do further courses for other aspects of my job. She still stays in touch and gives me little nudges of encouragement every now and then. I would reccommend one of the programs she runs to anybody, whatever their job or age. Thanks

The course and trainer were both excellent. I was pessimistic before starting the course but after the first couple of sessions, I really started to see a difference. Great course and brilliant trainer.

Diane delivered an excellent course, her method of delivery ensure everyone was fully involved and felt valued. The content of the course was great and fully covered what I needed particularly the delegation session and I regularly refer to the manual for useful advice.
