Good Course , good Material & very well presented. Good backup support also for material & video/ sound checks etc
Facilitator had excellent knowledge and used simple language to communicate outside of course terminology.
At the end of the course, I felt a lot more familiar with IS0 9001:2015. I had studied it before but the interactive engagement during the course helped a lot with understanding and retention.
Good job on course presentation - difficult subject matter.
Enjoyable, not too heavy , right pace and the day flew.
