The content gave me clear guardrails for problem‑solving, strengthened my ability to validate root causes with data, and highlighted how to create sustainable controls. While some areas could benefit from more practice or deeper exploration, the overall value and clarity of the methodology make it a strong foundation for anyone involved in process improvement.

The course was great but I think a little bit more energy and understanding we need people to buy in at the start . The facilitators are excellent in lean knowledge but could use their facilitators skills more to bring the late adopters on the journey too
