Very good overview of PV and OPV and a lot of content covered for a one day course.

Majella and John were very knowledgeable in the area of process validation and so open to questions from the group.

Really enjoyed this course. The content was presented really well and I can take a lot from it back to my work. Also really like that we got a copy of the slides along with the corresponding text. Would highly recommend this course.

This course was very in depth and informative of what is needed for an Internal auditor. From completing this course, I feel much more confident in carrying out audits relating to the QMS system within my company. I have a better understanding of the clauses within the ISO 9000 standard.
