I found the course extremely well organised and easy to follow. John’s depth of knowledge and teaching style made the content easy to follow and engaging. I really appreciated the interactive components as they kept the sessions lively and helped reinforce the material. Having the slides in booklet form and the extra resources on Moodle was also incredibly helpful. I would absolutely recommend this course to anyone interested in completing Six Sigma Green Belt training.

Very informative and entertaining

Learned a great deal about the standard. As someone with no previous experience of the ISO 9001:2016 standard this was a very informative foundational starting point.

Great course,it got me thinking about our personality traits.I got a lot of information on how you would deal with a difficult customer which will become an everyday part of my role. It was well structured,putting us working in groups was great as it got us out of our comfort zone .I will keep the SQT training book with me at all times going forward.
