The CAPA course was extremely helpful and well‑structured. The content was clear, easy to follow, and directly connected to real work situations. John explained each step of the CAPA process in a simple and practical way, which made it much easier to understand and apply. I feel more confident in identifying issues, analysing root causes, and choosing the right corrective or preventive actions. Overall, the training was 100% satisfactory.

Had a really great time and feel as though I was able to take in all of the information and that I can confidently apply it in my working life.

It was well structured and highly practical, and it gave us a clear understanding of DMAIC and how to apply the tools effectively to achieve real results. I want to specifically highlight Ashling Keogh, who delivered the sessions with exceptional clarity and depth. Her wealth of knowledge and coaching, especially during the mentoring and A3 review, helped us understand the material in depth and build confidence in applying it to our project work. I’m proud of what we achieved and learned, and I’m confident this will be a lasting benefit in my day-to-day work and for future projects in our organisation.
