very good and well delivered. Some people struggled with some aspects of the exercises but i belive the is due to not having access to dropbox,which would have given them a chance to study the content.

Denis makes learning HACCP really engaging. His knowledge of legislation and the way he explains it so clearly is impressive. As an auditor, I’m inspired to gain the same level of knowledge he has, and it motivates me to keep building my own skills. This was my second course with him, and he’s very approachable, professional, and one of the best trainers I’ve come across.

The virtual course was very good but I can imagine a face to face would be better as it could create more interaction.

Ita was brilliant, engaging and created a fun and interesting course that provided excellent skills, that will prove invaluable in my career.
