I thought the course was well presented and concise. The group exercises were well run with support when needed.

The tutor has a mastery of his subject and was very patient in listening to what all had to say. He used every opportunity he got to make us learn through questions and his own experiences.

Tom was excellent and kept the group engaged for the 2 days. A lot is covered in the course but he was able to pace it so that everybody could keep up. It was a bit of a travel for me personally (from Dublin) but it was a diverse group so hard to please everybody. Would highly recommend to any of the guys here to attend the course in person. Great work from Tom.

This was a really useful course for learning about technical writing. The tutors made me feel very comfortable. I wasn't afraid to ask a "silly question" or comment throughout the course. The tutor's knowledge of the subject area was brilliant, which is exactly what is required for a course like this to be successful.
