The course is very balanced with learning and practice. It is well paced and easy to follow. The tutor was very professional and friendly. Not one part was unclear, and the amount of information provided before and during the course is perfect in order to understand the basics of auditing.

The course was informative and helpful. covered all topics regarding an audit. As a fresher in this field i got an idea of how to conduct and what i should know about an audit.

Brian skillfully balanced theory with practical application, using live examples from our own site's system to enhance learning. By making the interactive exercises highly relevant to their daily roles, he ensured every delegate left with concrete, actionable skills they could implement immediately. Great interactive course! Explaining the importance of Food Safety Culture, how to build and our role in cultivating it in the organization. Very insightful in terms of the leadership role in enabling and suataining it.
