I really enjoyed the Mastering Difficult Conversations course, it was a great two days overall. The format worked really well, and it was nice having some time between the sessions to reflect on what we had learned. Gina was a really great facilitator, she was really knowledgeable and she kept everyone engaged the whole time. She created a really open and comfortable environment, which made it easy to get involved and take part in discussions. I found the content really practical and relevant, especially around handling tricky conversations and building confidence in those situations. It’s definitely something I can see myself applying in day-to-day work as well as in my personal life. I’d highly recommend this course to others, it is definitely worth attending.

Very intensive but educational and informative

Excellent course and brilliant course leader in Denis K. I struggled with the concepts of auditing and HACCP but its now clear. Easy to ask questions and my only comment is that its too much for two days. Needs to be a three day course
