Dave was excellent, using his knowledge and experience, a valued Trainer. With all our different backgrounds of those who attended the course, Dave based the course on using examples on how we could all use it, and tailored the course to suit all our needs and backgrounds, and was very well done and presented.

Louise was fantastic made the course so interesting, Louise's knowledge and ability to keep the group engaged and how she got her points across was brilliant so the group on a whole could absorb the information with ease so we'll all felt engaged equally.

The course content was very good and Emma, our trainer was amazing. She is a brilliant trainer, knowledgeable and informative, delivering the course in a very engaging manner and is a real asset to your team.

Tony really felt me feel at ease throughout the whole course which in turn helped me retain more information overall. He made me feel more confident to be able to put into action first aid. His life experiences that he talked about put situations into context.

Room was really cold.

The course was fine. The venue however ,not so good. It is to far of the beaten track no shops or vending machines for food. If you travel on public transport the nearest station is 2.6miles away and the local bus route falls short of the venue by about 3/4 of a mile. none of which ti communicated to you in the information supplied.

Excellent well paced course. Enjoyed all the practical tasks that were taught.

Emma was excellent, made us all feel great. She was a great teacher and made learning how to be a first aider a lot more fun and informative than I’ve had before

Really enjoyed all 3 days, learnt so much, Emma was absolutely amazing with all the topics
