The course was very well presented for both online and face to face. The trainer had expert knowledge and explained content in a very clear way. He was able to answer all questions and often gave real life examples which made the course very relevant. Best first aid course I have ben on in over 20 years as a first aider

Gained many skills, I have learnt a lot about first aid and feel confident to administer this.

I’ve been doing these courses for over 40 years and I found Brent to be very engaging with a style that kept the room focused on the content of the course. I also found out more with his level of knowledge than in any previous courses . I would hope in three years time I would be lucky enough to find myself on another course with Brent.
