everything was excellent

The trainer was very good at explaining the course lesson and making the class relaxed, all aids were used at appropriate times and relevant to the lesson. Any questions were answered with good descriptions. Overall a very enjoyable 2 day refresher.

A very interesting course,and a excellent teacher.

Iv done first aid for years but I think people who have never done it before need longer.i think you should still give out the little pouches with mouth piece and gloves in also.

The Trainer was great, so knowledgeable, made you feel at ease a kept my attention the whole time. I hope to have her next time.

Enjoyed course, Craig made feel comfortable. Online questions, assesments and results also good. Not keen on pass mark being made public to all, although Craig did stress if you don't want result verbally just to say.

It was a good experience for me. And especially his way of teaching is really good 😊
