Anne was a fab trainer, who made every subject relevent using her own experiences, and took time to listen and answer any questions we may have, was a real pleasure to meet her, and have the confidence to deal with any calls I need to answer in my workplace! I’ve been doing these courses for over 40 years and I found Brent to be very engaging with a style that kept the room focused on the content of the course. I also found out more with his level of knowledge than in any previous courses . I would hope in three years time I would be lucky enough to find myself on another course with Brent.

We had Tony Doyle as our trainer, he presented the content in a very understandable and realistic manner, i greatly appreciated him using his own experiences as examples. I will definitely be attending another course in 3 years time

Overall, a great course. Pity there wasn’t a training manual for reference, even if it was available as a pdf.
