The course trainer was very good, she got the information across very well and made the course interesting. Therefore I learnt more useful details about the potential problems I may face and a new recovery technique for neck/back injuries. Very good compared to other organisations/courses I have attended.

I found the course excellent and fitted so much into the available time yet still with time for “off piste” questions. Facilitator did really well to keep the course on track but also answer questions.
