Excellent course, with Joni-Rae very helpful in explanations and clarification

A very interesting course,and a excellent teacher.

Iv done first aid for years but I think people who have never done it before need longer.i think you should still give out the little pouches with mouth piece and gloves in also.

The Trainer was great, so knowledgeable, made you feel at ease a kept my attention the whole time. I hope to have her next time.

Enjoyed course, Craig made feel comfortable. Online questions, assesments and results also good. Not keen on pass mark being made public to all, although Craig did stress if you don't want result verbally just to say.

It was a good experience for me. And especially his way of teaching is really good 😊

Trainer was great, course was very well presented. Practical tasks were fun and informative, using mobile/computer for the questionnaire exam is a great addition.

Lee was so welcoming and easy to talk to & get involved with. Highly recommend him as a first aid course trainer! He made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the three day course!
