I wasn’t looking forward to this training as I had done a 2 day course with yourselves a few years ago and found it to be dull and boring with very aggressive and uninspiring course tutors, Jess however was great she was energetic and engaging I had a really good day and picked up the skills I needed , Ace.

Jack was a great trainer. He delivered the course at the right level and obviously has a wealth of experience to share. Very enjoyable and gave me the confidence I need to feel I am more prepared now should the situation arise Thanks very much
