The Trainer Paul was very knowledgeable, on the subject and kept the whole room interested in the training...
Terri Adams was an amazing trainer. She made it fun yet got all the serious points through. The contact in the course was amazing and I learnt a lot of info even though I had done first aid years ago.
Brilliant trainer, didn't baffle us with terminology kept it very informative and basic I thought. Gave me the confidence to remember and use the skills if required.
The course was much more interesting and entertaining than I thought it would be. Leila was very knowledgeable and good at putting the material across, and I liked the practical exercises. It would be useful to have more "what would you do if" type scenarios and questions, and more anti-patterns - what definitely not to do. It would be useful to have a few more videos to de-sensitise you from the blood and guts aspect of being a first attender. Perhaps some professional actors on video simulating symptoms would be good.
Andrew was very informative. He kept everyone interested and speaking to all the staff that attended the course they all really enjoyed it.
Simon presented the course well and his knowledge and experience in first aid was vast, which I think is very important to have experienced situations when teaching a topic. He answered any questions thoroughly and made the course easy to understand.
Excellent course. The trainer was very informative and I really learnt a lot!
I felt that Mick was able to provide 'real-life' anecdotes against the course content which helped cement the training in my mind.
