The course was very informative and practical examples were used to give an idea of life experiences. The trainer was very professional and friendly. She gave us time to ask questions and answered them very well.

Chris was wonderful. It was clear he cared that we actually learnt something and made the course so fun and interactive when it's something that was quite scary to be going to do for me. Won't forget that for a while

I think as it was a refresh it could have been completed in a shorter time.

I thought the trainer was very unprofessional with constant swearing throughout the session also I felt the trainer was rude and spent 15 minutes on the phone to his friends during the session whilst we had to just sit there whilst he took private call for 15 minutes. He made me feel very uncomfortable through out the session. I was not impressed with the trainer and the way he conducted himself. I did not expect for him to be swearing all the way through and be so rude. At one point he actually was offensive to some people in the room.
