Good instructor

A good content with a knowledgeable tutor, I liked the fact that the course gave a different insight with in-depth wording and obviously COVID-19 compliant.

Good coverage of main incidents likely to be faced in workplace. Good practical work around for running during COVID 19 - good safety procedures in place. Only thing which could be improved is company specific investigation process/ reporting could be covered in more detail but I understand green cross cover a wide range of companies - even blank copies for reference would be useful.

Overall a good course, somewhat restricted due to Covid measures. Reuben did keep my attention focused at all times. Well done!

Quite painless, Harry was informative, professional and down to earth. the only issue was that the Breakout Rooms were a little long 10 to 15 minutes would have been enough
