Trainer made us feel at ease and comfortable and made the course content easy to follow. He was ale to keep us engaged throughout the day, I found this course very informative and have come away feeling confident to undertake emergency first aid at work if required.

Excellent delivery and we were all very engaged throughout. Feed back from others said the same. Emma made the day 'entertaining' in a spottable way and yet conveyed the importance of the techniques that she taught. She was excellent. She was early to the site and flexible over the structure of the day to cover the content. I would highly recommend. I think it was the best First Aid training delivery I have had.

I was reluctant to take the course but i must say i absolutely loved this course, from the learning to the trainer i honestly can not fault it and would recommend to anyone considering taking it.

The course was very good and the trainer was very informative, the negative side of it is I had to do a paper copy as it wouldn't let me sign on and the trainer tried to phone at 15.00 but the office was closed even though it stated it was open until 17:00 and for this I will give it 1 star.

Louise who took the course was really great! She took us through the topics at a good pace always checking our understanding before moving on. The demonstration of the practical skills was done in a way that made it easy to have a go and over the following days was reinforced so that by the end of the course I felt confident in what to do in the various situations.
