I really enjoyed the course with David. David was very helpful when we asked him questions to things we didn't understand or wanted more knowledge of. He interacted with all of us and made us all feel part of the training.

The question book differed from the presentational slides and both differed from the First Aid manual provided - whilst the trainer was a nice chap there were difficulties in the running order and at times you were jumping from topic to topic and it was harder to keep track

Held my interest and I have some new knowledge. Very knowledge of his subject.

David Frankton made the course extremely engaging and personable. He presented the material with ease and made it very interesting; allowing us to relate the effects of a fire into our own lives and give us straight forward information on how to proceed in the event of a fire.
