Ross was excellent and very engaging but could have done a bit more interaction, the dog question was great but feel like we could have drawn on our own experiences a little more

I enjoyed the course and the trainer was knowledgeable in the subject. However the booking system was not to the same standard. I had to request for confirmation as there was no receipt after online booking. I also had to chase for the joining instruction.
