Was really surprised by how much I learned and enjoyed the course. Dave, the instructor, was engaging and offered a straightforward and practical approach to administering first aid in the workplace (as well as everyday incidents). He was also happy to answer any questions that we had and provided explanations and knowledge that weren't too overwhelming to remember at a later date. I now feel confident in providing first aid (should the need ever arise), without feeling panicked or unable to appropriately reassure a casualty. Cheers Dave!

Nicola and I found the course very helpful and it does make you think about your own wellbeing and the people surrounding you. Nicola - I have attanded the MHFA course and agaiin found this refresher very useful

Great course jack was a great trainer, hotel needs to improve their service. They didn’t provide tea and coffee the first day last two days we had to go and ask and ask fir refills, also air con was freezing had to keep asking to heat up

Fantastic trainer made subject engaging and educational

Anne was amazing. It was hard as some things were off limits due to covid restrictions (practicing the recovery position etc) but Anne made it interesting as possible. Lots of helpful information for the workplace and home life.
