Struggled to use the exam document, nice guy tho
IT issues, ended up doing two versions of the final test but passed both so all good.
course was good and informative but was lengthy and sometimes hard to focus over video call
Trainer was very knowledgeable and delivery was clear and concise. Course was a bit fiddly to access as there was no mention in instructions about downloads etc.
Very enjoyable and was made very comfortable and put at ease by mick the instructor course was made interesting and kept my full attention by his teaching methods
alot of tech issues at the start, but seem to overcome towards the end
