very engaging , i thought the group learnt lots of things , very interactive
Tony the trainer was excellent. He was very confident and informative. The room that we trained in at Tesco Beeston was very small and not really suitable for the amount of people on the course however Tony handled this very well.
Good content and presented in an interactive and friendly manner.
Andrew's knowledge of first aid was superb and first class. He put us all at ease from the word go. Comments from other members of the team said "It was the best first aid course they had attended. Cannot praise Andrew's professionalism highly enough. The tools he brought were very effective and efficient. Talking with the group after the course we all agreed we got so much more than basic first aid from this course and that was all down to Andrew.
The trainer, Andy was very easy to question and as we have a diverse ethnic team he ensured that all students understood before he moved to the next subject.
Trainer was an absolute delight to have, very informative and helpful.

The training course was run in a very efficient and professional manner, despite only having 3 people turn up for the event, the colleagues enjoy the training and felt they gained a lot over the 3 days
