I found David had deIivered the course very well. However some of the Manual Handling videos needed to be more accurate on presentation.

The course trainer showed good knowledge and experience and the presentation was informative. Videos were not ideal, although course trainer did highlight the which areas could have been improved. The practical element cannot be simulated the trainer tried his best to go through examples but in the future this would be best done in person. As the course needed to cover a wide variety of environments that the staff worked in it was difficult to cover all the relevant equipment, but he did discuss all general equipment. Examples for the future could be handling belts and rota stands/ returns

Julie was a great coach for the course and explained well the areas required and let us discuss our answers before marking, our class size was smaller which helped our participation and social distancing and for physical examples. Great day. Thank you.
