David had a relaxing approach to the subject, his previous experience as a paramedic gives the opportunity for real life examples. He involved all the represented work areas with specific scenarios that they could face.
Course and trainer were both brilliant. Instructor was well informed and could answer all questions asked.

A lot to go over in 3 days, but the trainer was very enthusiastic and very informative, so overall a good course to go on for basic first aid. The place was not very well sign posted though.
Trainer was very good. She explained everything in great detail and also went back over it to help things sink in.
Carol made the subject matter accessible and with repetition and Q & As throughout ensured that the team really absorbed the information. it was a really useful day and left us with a clear understanding of both the legal and practical applications of Emergency first aid in the workplace.

A lot of information to process over a three day period but all very useful and it was taught very well
I have been a first aider at work for many years and this was the best course I have attended. The trainer was approachable and was very knowledgeable - having practised first aid and amore for real. Loved all the scenarios Not sure about no final test thought think this is useful
